Lead Qualification
Colleges that want to increase enrollment often face resource limitations, specifically, qualified admissions staff to handle the added push. CARS helps focus the College admissions team by answering inbound call or internet leads. As lead qualification providers, We only transfer qualified prospective students to your Admissions staff, which keeps them focused on the prospective students that need the most attention.
The College generates leads (or hires lead generation companies) and sends them to the CARS system either through inbound calls and/or an Internet interface. All prospective student inquiries are imported into CARS' predictive dialer. Our advisors qualify the lead and deliver an informative script that encourages the prospect to seek additional information. The scripts are pre-approved by the client. After the advisor has qualified the lead, a warm transfer is made to the College admissions representative. If the student prefers, we book a follow-up appointment with the College Admissions team. CARS also sends reminders prior to appointments, helps revive old leads, maintains compliance with all Do Not Call regulations and customizes call campaigns.
CARS' lead qualification staff maintains quality through a rigorous hiring, training and retention program. Quality Assurance staff review agent calls each day. Supervisors can listen in, mentor, or conference with a student. Additionally, Supervisors can see what agents are on the phone, in what queue, how long they have been on the call, how long they have been in 'wrap-up', etc. This allows CARS to ensure the agents are efficiently managing each account while delivering strong student service.
CARS reports leads provided by Colleges that were 'bad'. This report includes why the lead was bad and notes where applicable. The bad lead report allows clients to request credits from lead generation companies. CARS clients have been notified of $3 Million in credits in the first 2 years of operation. This lead credit analysis pays for CARS services 4 times over.
