Admissions Outsourcing
Admission Outsourcing is a fit for a new campus, new online environment, or an underperforming campus.
For select clients, CARS provides turnkey enrollment processing for ground or online programs. Colleges generate leads, which are sent to CARS. Leads are qualified and transferred to CARS admissions specialists who advise the student and complete the admissions process. CARS provides financial aid counseling while the College staff provides the student an estimated award.
Put simply, CARS takes a lead and turns them into a completed enrollment.
Admissions Process Review
For select clients a Senior Admissions Executive at CARS will review the College's admissions process, listen to admissions representatives calls and provide guidance where warranted on how to improve the process. The CARS Admissions Team is led by an Executive with 40 years of experience in building and running admissions at post secondary institutions and at CARS. Should the College sign a long term servicing agreement, CARS will waive the initial fee.
Admissions Representative Monitoring
CARS offers clients an ongoing service where we listen to the calls recorded between the College's admissions representatives and the student. We then provide written feedback by agent on potential training improvements, trends, etc. CARS records all calls that are transferred from CARS to the College's admissions team including the call once CARS hangs up.
Digital Call Recording
CARS records all calls including between the College's admissions team and the student. Call records are sent in digital format to the client for internal review.
