Our company, Collegiate Admission & Retention Solutions (CARS) was formed as a direct result of the challenges faced by the post secondary industry and its need to effectively address decreasing enrollments and create a prescriptive remedy for the astronomical dropout rates experienced by the education industry. CARS' management team has devoted many years to the post secondary industry and has been privileged to meet and build relationships with individuals who are this industry's leaders.
CARS core focus is providing admission and retention solutions for the post secondary education industry. We are an experienced call center with the capacity to handle not only inbound and outbound calls to prospective students but all internet leads as well. We are aware that there are a number of call centers that utilize similar technology to reach prospective students. However, we feel that CARS is positioned to provide a superior product for a number of reasons. Primarily, our organization unlike most call centers, traces its roots to fulfilling the needs of an educational institution that utilizes call center technology. This higher education experience allows us to better appreciate the challenges facing our client schools. CARS' expertise in the area of call center management combined with its intimate knowledge of the higher education community's admissions process makes us uniquely qualified to handle your entire lead handling process. CARS has developed a reliable streamlined admissions delivery system that is customized to each school and each program within the school.
Another common thread among colleges everywhere is centered on the issue of retention. The average student is no longer recruited directly from high school. Today's student is facing the incredible burden of trying to "juggle it all." Work, school and family, either on-ground or online, and the daily challenges are, quite often, overwhelming and results in higher than normal drop-out rates. In response to this attrition problem, CARS has developed a structured approach to student retention. We refer to this program as RSVP or Responding to Students Voicing Problems, created to enhance each school's graduation rates.
